In August of 1999, Eye Associates of South Georgia became the first eye practice in Valdosta to open an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Most commonly used for cataract surgery, our convenient Out-Patient Surgery Center, located at 3024 North Patterson Street, offers you a comfortable and cost effective alternative to a hospital. It is licensed by the State of Georgia, is Medicare approved, and is accredited by the Association for Ambulatory Health Care. We are proud to offer our patients outstanding eye care, including Cataract Surgery (No Shot, No Stitch), Premium Lens Implants, LASIK (Laser Vision Correction), Glaucoma Surgery, Corneal Surgery, Eyelid Surgery, Eye Muscle Surgery, and In-Office Laser.
